Had a great meeting last night with the 8 weeks girls!!!! Wanted to share something trainer Estelle shared with us. 7 keys to motivation.
Quality + Form + Concentration + Proper Breathing+ Positive Mental Attitude+ Determination + Consistency = Results
I think if we think about these 7 keys during our 8 week journey, not only with or eating and exercise plan but just "in life" we will see some drastic changes occurring on the inside and outside!
Thank to all of the 8 week to “Fabulous” participants. We are embarking on a great adventure that will change our lives for the better. In 8 weeks you will be more fit, more fabulous, and more” Fierce” than ever before. Breaking habits, breaking negative thoughts, and "breaking up" with the old you! I have made some of the best friendships and met such fabulous supportive ladies at my studio. It is amazing how just being around fun fabulous women can change your mood and outlook in just a one hour class. I am blessed everyday to do what I love and to share it with all of you.
